Service Contracts

In a world where service is via an automated voice or dispensed with all the warmth of a fast food meal, Alpha Dog is going back to an older model. We believe in personal attention to our clients. We do not have cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all service contracts. Contracts are drawn up on an individual basis to make sure that you, the client, get what you need and aren't paying for things you don't.

Factors determining the cost of an Alpha Dog service contract include but are not limited to the type of work requested, distance from our offices, speed of and type of response desired, number and type of equipment supported. All of these things are taken into account when the contract is written up. Should we not hold up our end of the bargain, our standard contract mandates that we promptly refund 30 days of the contract fee and provide support for an additional 60 days past the end if the contract period at our expense. You have nothing except downtime to loose!
